SAN ANTONIO – Presidium Group LLC has closed on the purchase of Sentinel Pointe. The 91-unit community is located at 1235 E. Mulberry Ave., in San Antonio’s burgeoning Midtown market.
Presidium plans to make a significant investment to reposition the complex — including rebranding the property.
