FRISCO – The 110-acre Wade Park mixed-use development will be underway in August, according to Thomas Land & Development.

Wade Park, off the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Rd., will include about 600,000 sf of high-end retail with up to 3 million sf of office, 1,200 apartments and 127 single-family homes with concierge services.

Just one exit past the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters site, the Forum at Wade Park development is a significant and distinctive new addition to the “Platinum Corridor".

A 45,000-sf Whole Foods will anchor the retail section of the development.

The first phase of Wade Park is scheduled to open fall 2015.
