365,000-SF Resolute Health opens in New Braunfels

NEW BRAUNFELS – Resolute Health Hospital, spanning 365,000 sf and situated on 56 acres has opened in a newly developed area of New Braunfels. The $110 million, five-story structure sits on a 58-acre greenfield site.

The 128-bed for-profit hospital, near the New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside on FM 306, is owned by Resolute Health and its publicly-traded parent company, Tenet Healthcare Corp.

The network offers a discount program, ResoluteCare, for people with high-deductible health plans or who can’t afford an insurance plan on the federal exchange and do not qualify for Medicaid. For a monthly fee, members get unlimited access to urgent and primary care services.

The new hospital, which has hired more than 350 employees since the beginning of May, will offer a full range of medical services, including emergency care, cardiac care, orthopedics, cancer treatment and obstetrics.
