Houston: Jefferson Heights rises with 198 units

HOUSTON – Construction is underway on Jefferson Heights, a 198-unit luxury multifamily community within the Heights, located at 1520 N. Memorial Way. Construction is expected to be completed fall 2016.

Jefferson Heights is being developed on 1.47 acres adjacent to downtown Houston. Apartment homes will offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 607 to 1,253 sf.

The community will offer amenities including a pool overlooking downtown, three courtyards, Wi-Fi in common areas, coffee bar and a fitness center.
