Dallas’ 33,000-SF Coit Medical Center purchased

DALLAS – The Class A, 32,611-sf Coit Medical Center has been purchased by Mohr Capital.

Located on 12230 Coit Rd., the five-year-old medical center is valued at nearly $6.5 million by the Dallas Central Appraisal District and is 34 percent occupied.
