SAN ANTONIO – The 296-room Marriott San Antonio Northwest Hotel has been acquired by Los Angeles-based Laurus Corp. Plans are to invest $16 million to upgrade the property.
The hotel, located near I-10 and Loop 410, has approximately 8,500 sf of meeting and banquet facilities — including a 6,084-sf ballroom.
It is the only full-service Marriott hotel in San Antonio not situated in the downtown area.
