LEAGUE CITY – Walker Commons, a 352-unit apartment complex, has sold for $43.8 million, or approximately $124,000 per unit.

Walker Commons was constructed in 2008 on 18.7 acres. The community consists of 12 two- and three-story buildings.

On-site amenities include a clubhouse, athletic center, swimming pool, outdoor living room with a fireplace and a poolside cabana with grills.

Canadian-based Pure Multi-Family REIT LP purchased the property from Sunstone U.S. Opportunity Realty Trust. Sunstone originally acquired the Walker Commons in June 2010 for $29.5 million.
