DALLAS – Buckner Senior Living plans to construct its two-building Ventana project at the southwest corner of North Central Expressway and Northwest Hwy.
The North Dallas seniors community planned near NorthPark Center mall has been redesigned with a new look and additional features.
The 189-unit high-rise development is scheduled to open in late 2018.
The two, 12-story towers will include apartment homes, a health center with assisted-living facilities and skilled nursing.
Ventana is planned with outdoor dining areas, a rooftop garden and 12th-story lounge for residents.
