RICHARDSON – Construction is underway on the almost 500,000-sf, three-building Raytheon Corp. campus.

The property on the south side of Bush Turnpike and east of Plano Rd. is an office complex that totals almost 2 million sf when combined with State Farm Insurance’s new campus. Both are part of the CityLine development.

Raytheon will move 1,700 of its Dallas-area workers to the new office center in Richardson. Most workers will come from the current Garland campus.

The first phase of the CityLine project will also include more than 90,000 sf of retail, a 150-room hotel, 532 apartments, a 17,000-sf wellness and fitness facility and a 41,000-sf boutique office building.

The development will be ready late 2015.
