SAN ANTONIO – Franklin Park Alamo Heights, a senior-living facility with independent living, assisted- and memory care units, is now underway at 230 W. Sunset.
The $30 million, 315,000-sf upscale project at the corner of Sunset and Everest will consist of 117 independent-living units, 64 assisted-living units and 40 memory care units.
When completed in early 2016, Franklin Park Alamo Heights will be the third senior living community in the Alamo City owned and operated by the Franklin Cos.
