New Frisco apartments hit home run next door to ballpark

FRISCO – A new Frisco rental community is going up next door to the Dr Pepper Ballpark. The 8.5-acre urban style apartment development is on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway and will contain 365 units in three- and four-story buildings.

Chicago-based apartment developer and investor AMLI Residential is heading the high-profile project that is set to be ready second half 2015.

The first units of the development will open third quarter 2015.
