Marriott springs 57,000 SF to Cypress

CYPRESS – A four-story, 57,000-sf Marriott Spring Hill Suites located at 20350 NW Freeway is underway. The 78-room hotel is minutes from Weiser Airport and Texas Children’s Hospital.

Level Construction is developing the hotel.

The oil boom has provided ample opportunity throughout Houston and will continue to spur future development which Level intends to play a huge role in moving forward.
