FORT WORTH – Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff Midrise, a 314-unit, Class A community located at 520 Samuels Ave., has been purchased.

The four-year-old property is 93.2 percent occupied. The community features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 646 sf to 1,448 sf. Average rents range from $1.32 to $1.58 per sf.

The garden-style community is situated on 4.84 acres. Property amenities include elevators, 24-hour emergency maintenance, hot tub/spa/Jacuzzi, parking garage, access gates, clubhouse, and swimming pools.

SWF Trinity Bluffs LLC purchased the community from LPC Trinity Parks LP.
