DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Construction will begin on four new distribution centers at the DFW International Airport this October.

Logistics Centers II, III, IV, and V are expected to break ground this fall, bringing the Logistics Center project to a total of just under 2.5 million sf at full build-out.

The first of the five total distribution centers from Hillwood Investments and Perot Development Co., Logistics Center I, was completed at the end of 2014.

Logistics Center II will measure approximately 1,015,560 sf directly adjacent to Logistics Center I.

The additional three buildings will be between 115,500 up to 144,000 sf in size, and will be located on Esters Blvd. and Royal Lane in very close proximity to each other.

Currently, Dallas/Fort Worth has the most industrial construction underway in all of Texas, totaling more than 18 million sf in projects.
