HOUSTON – San Marcos, a 380-unit apartment community located at 6301 West Bellfort, has been purchased. The community is situated on 10.51 acres in the Braeswood submarket.

The 37-year-old community is 97 percent occupied with average rents at $0.56 per sf. The community features one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 626 sf to 1,002 sf.

Property amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, park & ride nearby, perimeter fence, access gates, laundry rooms and shuttle route.

Pristine Energy LLC purchased the community from VXL Houston Properties LLC.
