VICTORIA – The Remington, a 286-unit, Class A apartment community located at 2402 Ben Wilson Dr., has been sold. The property is situated within the growing southeast region. Growth there is due, in large part, to the Eagle Ford Shale.
The units have stainless-steel appliances, energy efficient double-pane windows, nine-foot ceilings and garden-style tubs.
Hudson Capital Investments purchased The Remington from 2402 Ben Wilson.
