Class A Lockhill Crossing underway in NW San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – The five-story, 127,000-sf Lockhill Crossing office development is underway. The Class A building is located on 17 acres in Northwest San Antonio at the southeast corner of Lockhill Selma and Loop 1604.

Stream Realty has leased 16 percent of the development. The development is scheduled to be completed in second quarter 2015.

Construction cost is estimated at almost $12 million. Lockhill Crossing will become the first speculative office space of its size to be built on the Northwest Side since 2008.
