DALLAS - The 58-story, 1.2 million-sf Fountain Place office tower has been purchased by Goddard Investment Group.
The Class A property located at 1445 Ross Ave. sold for $200 million.
Fountain Place is 88 percent occupied, with tenants such as Tenet Healthcare, Hunton & Williams and Wells Fargo Bank.
Seller J.P. Morgan came into possession of the property in 2011. Fountain Place was built in 1986.
