McALLEN – The McAllen International Airport had a good month in May with 34,371 boardings, making the month the busiest May in seven years and the airport the busiest South Texas airport so far this year.
Total enplanements through May 2014 were up to the highest point in six years with 152,497 passengers departing from McAllen.
Including deplanements, the McAllen airport saw nearly 68,000 passengers go through its doors in May.
