SAN ANTONIO – The LaSalle Group is opening a new $10.7 million, 30,000-sf memory care facility in the Stone Oak area called Autumn Leaves. The facility will provide specialized care for 46 individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairment.
Autumn Leaves is set to open on July 24 at 20271 Stone Oak Parkway in North San Antonio.
