DALLAS – The 15-story 10000 North Central Expressway tower located just north of Walnut Hill Lane near Presbyterian Hospital has changed hands.

Dallas-based investor Westdale Properties quietly bought the tower from a foreign investor. Built in 1986, the granite and glass tower contains more than 280,000 sf of office space.

Tenants in the building include Veritex Community Bank, Probity Advisors, Panattoni Construction and Milliman Inc.
