DENTON COUNTY – Dallas-based Taylor-Duncan Interests LLC and Crescent Communities of Charlotte, North Carolina, have started on the 385-acre, $335 million project in Oak Point on the shores of Lake Lewisville.
The master-planned community — known as Wildridge on Lake Lewisville — is also near the six-year-old Oak Point Elementary School.
The community is expected to bring 1,194 single-family homes to the growing infrastructure on the US 380 corridor.
Wildridge’s homes will be priced from the $230,000s to the $450,000s. Groundbreaking on the homes will start this week.
