IRVING – Construction has begun on two new buildings totaling 191,262 sf at the Parc 114 Business Park.
The office and industrial buildings — located at 6501 North Belt Line Rd., south of SH 114 — are the second phase of Parc 114, owned by Houston-based developer Hines.
Parc 114 is a 52-acre development with six industrial buildings totaling 404,777 sf. Tenants in the project include Chrysler Group LLC, Nautilus Hyosung America, Nissan and Walgreens.
The two new buildings will be finished early next year.
