Woodlands’ 144,000-SF Woodpark Plaza sold!

THE WOODLANDS – Woodpark Plaza, a 143,850-sf shopping center, has been sold. The center is located on the northwest corner of I-45 and Briar Rock Rd.

The shopping center is 100 percent occupied, with anchor tenants Jo-Ann Stores, Ashley Furniture and Golfsmith. Other tenants include SAS Shoes, HoneyBaked Ham, The Rustic Mile and Fitness Unlimited.

The Retail Connection and Long Wharf Real Estate Partners purchased the retail center from a joint venture of Eagle Equity and NDC Capital Partners.

This purchase is The Retail Connection’s second in the Houston area and brings the company’s local portfolio to more than 500,000 sf.
