HAR: Houston home sales by units sold June 2014
HOUSTON – Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) released home sales data for June 2014. Some quick facts include:
• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $215,000 up 4.9 percent vs. May 2014.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 4.1 percent from May 2014 for a June 2014 total of 7,346 sold units.
• Condos increased in price to $170,000 up 3.0 percent vs. May 2014.
• Existing condo sales decreased 2.1 percent in June 2014 over May 2014 for a total of 752 sold units.
