Dallas Galleria North Tower fetches $86M

DALLAS – The 379,518-sf Galleria North Tower at 13737 Noel Rd. was recently sold for a gross sale price of $86 million.

The 16-story office tower was built in 1999. It includes walking access to the Galleria shopping mall and is adjacent to Westin Galleria Hotel.

The Class A building also boasts covered parking, a fitness center and a conference center on 4.8 acres.

Wakefield, Massachusetts-based Franklin Street Properties Corp. sold the office tower to IPERS Galleria North Tower I Inc.
