DALLAS – A 310-unit, four-story apartment community in Far North Dallas, called VV&M, has just opened at 5225 Verde Valley Ln. and Montfort.
The property developed by Criterion Property Co. is just south of the Village on the Parkway shopping center.
VV&M has a variety of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Studio floor plans range from $1,050 to $1,295, one-bedroom plans range from $1,050 to $1,480, two-bedroom plans range from $1,655 to $2,005 and three-bedroom plans range from $2,475 to $3,035.
