COPPELL – The 270,498-sf Point West VIII industrial building is being built in the Point West business park. The project, led by developer Duke Realty Corp., is located north of I-635 near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
Duke has already leased 127,189 sf in the building. It is 47 percent preleased to Insight Merchandising.
Duke Realty’s entire 15 million-sf Dallas portfolio is 97.7 percent occupied.
The Point West VIII building is scheduled to open early 2015.
