Plano: Heartland leases 82,000 SF in Granite Park IV

PLANO – Heartland Payment Systems Inc. has signed a lease for 81,675 sf for three floors in the newly completed 12-story office tower at the Sam Rayburn Tollway and the Dallas North Tollway.

Heartland will bring 375 employees to Granite Park IV from its current 6860 Dallas Pkwy. Plano location, which houses a corporate information technology department.

The Princeton, New Jersey-based company’s lease is the biggest lease to date at Granite Park IV office tower in northwest Plano.
