A number of stores have committed to spots in the center, including: Ross, Rue 21, CATO, Shoe Show, AT&T wireless, WB Liquors and Aqua Dental.

The project is currently underway with completion scheduled for October 2014. Ross and the main tenants would move in during the first quarter 2015. The McDonalds, which is a stand alone restaurant, is expected to completed by August.

The new shopping center follows the opening of a Walmart Supercenter and an HEB Mercado.
