ARLINGTON – Sanders Trust has started work on the $16 million, 48,000-sf Texas Rehabilitation Hospital just off of I-20 near The Parks at Arlington.
The 40-bed hospital will serve patients who require rehabilitation following a stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or similar medical conditions.
The medical building is set to open summer 2015.
