TYLER - Greater Tyler Association of Realtors (GTAR) has released home sales data for June 2014. June's sales were the most ever for the month of June, beating the previous record of 386 sold in 2006.
The home inventory for the greater Tyler area was 9.3 months in June, up from 9.2 months in May and down from 10.8 months in June 2013.
