The gated property offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 585 sf to 1421 sf. Prices range from $1,500 to $2,715 per month.

The property features a breakfast/coffee concierge, cabana, clubhouse, fitness center, game room and pool. The property was 92 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. acquired the building from M-M Properties.
