PLANO - FedEx Office & Print Services Inc. has broken ground on its 265,000-sf corporate campus, which will consolidate its North Texas operations.
The Dallas-based company, a subsidiary of Memphis-based FedEx Corp., will sit on former J.C. Penney Co. land in West Plano.
The campus will consolidate FedEx Office's 310,000-sf footprint that's spread between its Dallas headquarters and Plano support office.
The company will vacate about eight floors at Three Galleria Tower at 13155 Noel Rd. upon its move into the new headquarters, which will be completed at the end of 2015.
