NTREIS: DFW home sales by units sold June 2014
DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) released home sales facts for June 2014.
Some quick facts include:
• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $190,150 up 5.6 percent vs. May 2014.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 0.8 percent from May 2014 for a June 2014 total of 8,073 sold units.
• Condos decreased in price to $157,150 down 0.2 percent vs. May 2014.
• Existing condo sales decreased 0.5 percent in June 2014 over May 2014 for a total of 556 sold units.
