HOUSTON - BLVD Place, a mixed-use development under construction on the southwest corner of Post Oak Blvd. and San Felipe, is scheduled to open its 215,000-sf Phase II in early fall 2014.

Phase II is 80 percent leased. Major tenants include a 52,000-sf Whole Foods Market and a 55,000-sf regional headquarters for Frost Bank. Wulfe & Co. is the project’s developer.

Phase I of BLVD Place is a four level 70,000-sf retail/office building and is 100 percent occupied. Tenants include RDG Restaurant+Bar Annie, The Table Restaurant, Hermes, Herman Miller, New Balance and numerous other tenants.
