DALLAS – Omnitracs LLC will relocate its headquarters from San Diego to Dallas, creating 450 jobs and $10 million in capital investment.

The fleet management software company will move into KPMG Centre downtown. Active Network, another California-based firm, will be joining Omnitracs in the downtown building.

The Texas Enterprise Fund is providing a $3.9 million incentive to attract Omnitracs to the Dallas-area. The new headquarters will house jobs in engineering, research and development and finance.

Omnitracs services include software applications, GPS fleet tracking, platforms and information services.
