HOUSTON – Union Crossing Development has purchased an additional 104 acres to expand its Union Crossing Industrial Park at Telge Rd. and Northwest Lake Dr. This brings the project to more than 130 acres.

The park, which is served by Union Pacific rail, contains multiple sites for build-to-suit projects. The tract includes all utilities for light- to heavy-industrial projects.

The project is anticipated for completion in summer 2015, but nearly 40 acres are ready for immediate development. American Commercial Contractors is constructing a 45,000-sf tilt-wall building for DTL Technologies and three other sites in the park are under negotiation.

Wyman Gordon Forgings, a maker of forged products used in the aerospace, power plant and oil and gas industry, sold the property. American Commercial Contractors is managing the development for the project.
