DALLAS – Kohl’s Department Stores will be opening its three-story 240,000-sf customer service operations center on July 29. It is expected to create more than 1,500 full-time and part-time jobs within the next four years.
The two-building facility at 17657 Waterview Pkwy. will be used to support the Kohl’s Charge payment program and Kohls.com.
The other sites that will serve Kohl’s Charge and Kohls.com customers are located in San Antonio and Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
