RICHARDSON – Whole Foods Market has confirmed a 40,000-sf store will open in the big CityLine development at Plano Rd. and Renner Rd.
The supermarket will anchor a 66,000-sf retail strip located on 8.5 acres in developer KDC’s project.
The $1.5 billion CityLine project includes State Farm Insurance’s regional office campus and an office complex for Raytheon Co.
The new Whole Foods Richardson store will open in spring 2016.
