Legacy Preparatory acquires 55,000-SF Plano furniture store

PLANO – A North Texas-based charter school, Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy, has purchased a 54,558-sf former Havertys furniture store at 601 Accent Dr.

This is Legacy Preparatory’s first Plano location. The store will be located near Collin Creek Mall.

According to the Collin Central Appraisal District, the property is valued at nearly $3.4 million.
