TEMPLE – Buc-ee’s recently broke ground on its 60,000-sf Temple location, situated on 17 acres at the southeast corner of north Loop 363 and I-35.

“We recently started construction and it normally takes about 10 months to build one of our stores,” Buc-ee’s general counsel Jeff Nadalo said. “The Temple store should open sometime in the second quarter of 2015.”

The $16 million service station will be Buc-ee’s 30th store, and the first located north of Austin. The store will provide 150 jobs with hourly pay for most employees starting at $11.50.
