SABOR: area home sales by units sold June 2014
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) released home sales data for June 2014. Some quick facts include:
• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $179,500, up 2.6 percent vs. May 2014.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 0.3 percent from May 2014 for a June 2014 total of 2,038 sold units.
• Condos decreased in price to $97,500, down 18.1 percent vs. May 2014.
• Existing condo sales decreased 14.7 percent in June 2014 over May 2014 for a total of 64 sold units.
