GRAND PRAIRIE – A $43 million apartment community, the Enclave at Mira Lagos, will be built near Joe Pool Lake. This project will become part of a larger master-planned community, Mira Lagos.
The 310-unit apartments will be built in phases, beginning with 199 apartment homes. The community will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and outdoor patios.
Hanover Property Co. and Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services are developing the apartments.
