Multifamily property on its way to 1130 Broadway in S.A.

SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based Argyle Residential is slated to begin construction on a Class A apartment community that will be located on 3.7 acres at 1130 Broadway — which will also be the name of the complex.

Plans call for 290 rental apartment units, and 2,838 sf of retail space. Proposed amenities include a club room, a theater room, a fitness center and a roof-level amenity deck.

1130 Broadway is one of the latest additions to the burgeoning midtown corridor, including a mix of multifamily projects, retail and mixed-use properties.
