Stream Realty purchases City Park property in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Stream Realty Partners has announced that it has closed on the purchase of the 41,000-sf Building 1 in the City Park East Distribution Center.

The property is located at 8555 NE Loop 410 on the city’s Northeast Side and is 70 percent occupied.

The City Park East building marks one of the latest investments for Stream Realty. The firm recently purchased 5109 Medical Dr., a vacant, 80,000-sf building within the South Texas Medical Center.
