Grand Prairie’s 148,000-SF Emerald Square to sparkle

GRAND PRAIRIE – TriMarsh Properties has purchased Emerald Square, a 148,272-sf shopping center at 2985 S. Hwy. 360.

The retail real estate investment firm is planning a big redevelopment, including refurbishing the facade and adding LED signage to increase the visibility along the highway.
