SOUTHLAKE – New York-based KTR Capital Partners is developing a two-building industrial complex — Heritage Business Park. The project will contain two office and warehouse buildings totaling 335,000 sf.
The development is located at S. Kimball Ave. and State Hwy. 26, across from Dragon Stadium.
The project is scheduled to open May 2015. MYCON General Contractors Inc. said it has been selected as the contractor.
