CORPUS CHRISTI - The industrial market totaled over 20 million sf in second quarter 2014, according to Burbach & Associates and CoStar Group. Of this number, 94.7 percent is considered warehouse space and 5.3 percent is considered flex space.

For 2Q 2014, the vacancy rate was 4.0 percent — down from 4.9 percent in 4Q 2013. The average quoted rental rate was $6.28 per sf, the same as 4Q 2013.
