VICTORIA – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending July 2014 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
The average sales price for residential homes was $175,828 for the 12 months ending July 2014, up 4.8 percent versus July 2013 when it was $167,726.
The median price of residential homes for July 2014 was $159,900, up 6.6 percent from July 2013 when it was $150,000.
There were 947 residential homes sold in Victoria MLS for the 12 months ending July 2014, 8.5 percent (74 homes) more than the same period in 2013.
